Term and Conditions:
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Process gets initiated by emailing: customerservice@wwbroadcast.com or call customer service at: 1-800-562-1745 or (305)-938-0250. It is your responsibility to inspect your purchase carefully.
Defective goods may be required to be sent directly to manufacturer. Product may be repaired or exchanged at our judgment.
We are not responsible for data or any belonging left in the returned merchandise.
World Wide Broadcast reserves the right to refuse the return.
There may be a restocking fee of not less than 15% at our judgment.
Claims for damaged or missing goods must be received within two business days of receipt of goods.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, PayPal or Bill Me Later, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. If payment was by check we will only refund by check after a 15-day waiting period.
Rebate information is provided as information and reference purposes. It is the customer’s duty to read the eligibility terms and make sure that the offer is current. WWB does not assure eligibility to receive these rebates.
Please note that returned merchandise must include all original packaging and all accessories, literature (Manuals, CD’s, documents & instructions). Blank warranty cards must be returned as well and the product has to be unregistered with the manufacturer.
Return period: 7 days from the date of receipt.

Please remember the following:
1- Package the product with enough protection so that it does not get damaged during transportation. Damaged goods will not be accepted and it is your responsibility to dispute any damages with Freight Company.
2- We recommend that you get insurance on your shipment.
3- Write your return authorization on the shipping box and not in the original package. Boxes from unknown senders without marking will be returned to sender.
4- Include everything you received!
