Product Information   Anton Bauer Dionic 90 Camcorder Battery The Anton Bauer Dionic 90 Camcorder Battery is the perfect selection for the videographer with weight as the highest priority in selecting a battery. The Anton Bauer Dionic 90 offers complete compatibility with PowerChargers already in the field (may require software chip update) and the Titan series. Multiple electronic safety circuits, including the field proven reliability of the Digital Battery, and the mechanical integrity of IMPAC case construction have allowed Anton/Bauer to design an all new battery which safely employs lightweight cell chemistry for the rigors of Eng use.   The Anton Bauer Dionic 90 weighs only 1.7 lbs (770 grams) and is the highest capacity lithium ion battery which can be legally transported without restriction under the IATA and DOT safety regulations. The Dionic 90 automatically senses the battery load from the camera and will calculate the run-time based on current operating conditions.  When the camera's power requirements change, the camera's battery indicator will automatically indicate the updated available run-time. The Anton Bauer Dionic 90 camcorder battery contains an exclusive cell configuration that is unlike any other camera battery.  Instead of using cells that were originally designed for light-duty applications, this Anton Bauer battery is built with highly-specialized lithium-ion cells designed for military applications.  As such, the Dionic 90 will run a typical camcorder for over 3 hours.     Features Real Time Display The Dionic 90 Battery automatically detects the camera load and calculates the battery's run-time based upon existing operating conditions. When the camera is subjected to a change in power requirements, the camera's battery indicator will reflect the changed battery run time. Compatibility Dionic offers complete compatibility with PowerChargers already in the field (may require software chip update) and the Titan series. Cell Chemistry Dionic contains an exclusive cell configuration unlike any other video battery. Instead of using cells originally designed for lighter duty applications, such as computers, this battery is constructed with specialized lithium-ion cells originally designed for high rate military applications. Dionic batteries can only be used with PowerCharger and Titan series chargers only.
